Why choose it

A pipe built to last in your sewerage networks

The pipe is cast in a mould rotating at high speed: under centrifugal force, the polyester resin, glass fibres and silica sand spread uniformly and compactly. The wall is dense, free of air bubbles, with an inner layer of pure resin that provides a smooth surface and abrasion resistance.

  • Diameters DN 200 to 2000, stiffness SN 5000, 10000, 16000 or 20000 N/m²
  • Constant outside diameter: no cut-to-length pipe needed, easy and safe adjustment on site
  • Factory-crimped joint ("Full-Face" system): seal checked during manufacture, quick push-fit
  • Perfectly smooth inner surface: low head losses
  • Excellent abrasion resistance and resistance to both internal and external corrosion
  • Three-layer wall: inner barrier layer (chemical and abrasion resistance, watertightness, low roughness), structural core, outer protective layer
  • Standards EN 14364 and ISO 23856; factories certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

Benefits

The benefits at a glance

Corrosion-proof

No metallic material: no cathodic protection or coating needed, and no sensitivity to stray currents.

High hydraulic performance

Smooth wall: reduced head losses and a network that needs very little maintenance.

Light to handle

About 1/4 of the weight of steel, 1/5 of ductile iron and 1/10 of concrete: faster transport and installation with lighter machinery.

Watertight network

The factory-crimped joint guarantees watertight connections, with no special adjustment at installation.

Abrasion-resistant

An inner wall thicker than on filament-wound pipe, for effluents loaded with sand and silt.

Tailored stiffness

SN 5000, 10000, 16000 or 20000: choose the stiffness according to depth, soil and surface loads.

Complete system

Accessories and associated parts

A high-performance pipeline is nothing without the right accessories: we help you put together a coherent system.

Couplings and gaskets

Full-Face couplings with elastomer seal, repair couplings and transition couplings to connect GRP to concrete, HDPE or steel.

Special parts

Bends, tees, reducers and made-to-measure fittings to adapt the layout to site constraints.

Inspection manholes

Made-to-measure GRP manholes, to be connected directly to the sewer.

FAQ

Your questions about centrifugally cast GRP

What ring stiffness classes do you offer for centrifugally cast GRP pipes?

The available ring stiffness is SN 5000, 10000, 16000 or 20000 N/m². The choice depends on burial depth, soil type, water table and traffic loads: we validate it with you by calculation.

Does GRP resist abrasion?

Yes, centrifugally cast GRP has exceptional abrasion resistance (loaded effluents, sand, silt) thanks to an inner layer thicker than on filament-wound pipe.

What diameters are available?

From DN 200 to DN 2000 in centrifugally cast GRP. For other diameters, we guide you to the suitable process, for example filament winding (DN 200 to 4000).

Can you help me size the pipeline?

This is a core part of our support: sizing calculations, choice of ring stiffness and installation advice, tailored to your project.
